The members of the Malachite team have over 30 years experience, both locally and international in the 5-star market. Their experience covers all aspects of Rooms Division and Food and Beverage (including Banqueting). Malachite Transformation are therefore suitably qualified to teach, mentor and offer advice across all aspects of the Hospitality Industry.

Throughout their years working in the hospitality industry, the members of Malachite Transformation have identified the need for uncomplicated, basic service delivery skills training. Out of this came the realisation for the demand of a module-based DVD training system that offers training in various aspects of customer service, focusing on the hospitality industry. Special focus is placed on entry level and semi-skilled employees.

The visual material was filmed in a variety of graded establishments and to enhance the learning experience the visual aid is accompanied by user friendly documented training material. This can be part of a presentation or used to print manuals, cheat sheets or flash cards. It also includes a short test that can be adapted to suit your establishments needs.
